TQ 3080 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER NEW ROW, WC2 72/91 (south side) 15.1.73 No. 7 G.V. II Terrace house with shop. Mid C.l9 refronting or rebuild. Stock brick, concealed roof. Ground floor has altered late C.19 shop front under entablature-fascia with plain square headed house door to right. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under gauged flat arches, but with wide segmental arched 3-light workshop window to top floor. Parapet with coping. Included for group interest in this street laid out in the 1630s as part of the Bedford Estate Covent Garden development. Survey of London; Vol. XX.
