Description
No. 10 New Row is an end of terrace corner block that was rebuilt around 1820. It is constructed of stock brick and has four storeys. The building features two windows on the New Row side and a three-window wide return to Bedfordbury. The ground floor includes a square-headed house doorway on the right with a panelled door and fanlight, along with a corner wooden shop front that has display windows and a doorway, which were altered in the later 19th century. There is a similar single shop front at No. 25 Bedfordbury, both with pilasters that support an entablature-fascia. The upper floors have recessed glazing bar sash windows set under gauged flat arches, with five blind windows facing Bedfordbury. A stucco cornice and blocking course crown both fronts of the building.
