Description
Nos 21 to 23 Grafton Street are late 18th-century terrace houses located in the City of Westminster. They are constructed of brown brick with slate roofs and rise four storeys, including a basement and dormers at the back behind a parapet. Each house features two windows. The first floor has a stuccoed sill band, while the ground floor of No 22 is also stuccoed. The doorways are set under semi-circular gauged stock brick arches and include sidelights and fan linings that extend up to the soffit of the arch above the fanlights. The ground floor windows have been replaced with plate glass display windows in their original openings. The upper floors retain revealed sashes beneath gauged flat arches, with a notable inscribed Venetian window on the first floor.
