Description

The building at 3 Orme Square is an early 19th-century house, altered in subsequent years. It is constructed of stucco with a roof that is not visible. The house is double-fronted, originally three storeys and three windows wide, with a later one-window extension of three storeys added to the right, and a further one-story, two-window extension to the left. A central projecting porch is supported by Doric columns. The ground floor is channelled. Segmental bar windows flank the entrance, and the windows are square-headed with sashes and glazing bars. A cornice runs above the second floor. Cast iron area railings are present. The building is included on the list solely for its group value.
