Description

14 Palace Court is a detached house dating to the late 19th century. It stands three storeys high with five bays, exhibiting an irregular composition. The house is constructed of red brick with a pitched slate roof extending to a parapet. A central segmental-headed entrance features a panelled door. Bay windows are present, square to the left and canted to the right, both with stone balustrades. The upper-floor windows are set in segmental reveals, with cut brick, chamfered pilasters positioned between the bays on the first and second floors. Stone bands delineate the storeys. A gable is situated on the right-hand side, topped by pilasters rising to pinnacles. Tall slab chimneys are a further prominent feature. The interior has not been inspected.
