Description
Nos 6 and 7 Kensington Palace Gardens are semi-detached houses built between 1844 and 1846 by architects T H Wyatt and Brandon. They are designed in an Italianate style and feature stucco exteriors. The buildings rise three storeys above a basement and together they have a total of seven windows, with the central window being blind. Each outer bay has a square bay window, and all windows are square-headed. The first-floor windows are topped with pediments, while the central windows are adorned with Ionic and Corinthian orders. A cornice and an openwork parapet complete the design. The return facades on both sides also have interesting entrances. The interior has not been seen.
