Description

These are a group of houses located in Avery Row, City of Westminster, dating from the late 18th century and subsequently altered. They are constructed of stuccoed exterior with slate roofs. Number 7 is three storeys high, while numbers 8 to 10 are four storeys high, all featuring Mansard roofs. Number 8 has two windows, while the others have one window each. The windows have been altered, with 19th and 20th century glazing in sash and casement styles. The front elevation includes stucco balustraded parapets on numbers 7 and 8, with plain parapets on numbers 9 and 10. The shop fronts have been altered, and the doorways are located to the centre or right-hand side.
