Description

Number 13 Lancashire Court is a modest terrace house and shop dating from the mid to late 18th century, with some alterations. The building is finished in stucco and has a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall and is two windows wide. The early 19th-century shop front features a thin pilaster frame and a doorway situated beneath an entablature. The upper floors are adorned with sash windows that have no glazing bars, set in simple moulded frames. The building is topped with a parapet that has coping.
