Description

This is a mid-18th century house located in Avery Row, City of Westminster. It is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick with a slate roof. The house is three storeys high and two windows wide. The roof has a plain parapet and a mansard. An early 19th century shop front is visible, featuring a bowed window with pilasters supporting an entablature with a dentil cornice. A doorway and the original house entrance are positioned to the right. Later 19th century sash windows are visible on the upper floors. The building possesses group value from its contribution to the surrounding urban fabric.
