Description

No. 9 Lancashire Court is a modest terraced house built in the early 18th century. It features painted brickwork and a slate roof, rising to four storeys and spanning three windows in width. The ground floor has a later 20th-century shop front. The first floor is adorned with three segmental arched flush framed sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The second floor contains two similar windows, while the third floor has weatherboarding that separates the two windows. The building is topped with a parapet that has coping.
