Description

This is a late 17th-century house, originally timber-framed with a brick front, later stuccoed in the 19th century. The roof is hidden behind a plain parapet. The house is four storeys high and has two windows. A projecting shop front, dating from the early to mid-19th century, features panelled risers and an entablature, with a door to the right. Recessed sash windows were added in the later 19th century. Inside, the basement retains a late 17th-century stone fireplace with a bolection moulded surround.
