Description
These are a row of six early 19th-century stucco houses, numbered 2 to 6 Leskinnick Street, Penzance. The houses at numbers 2, 4, and 6 have a pebble-dash finish, with slate roofs and wide eaves. They have recessed architraves and keyblocks, with a single string course and fluted pilasters. Each house is two storeys high with three windows, featuring sash windows without glazing bars. Modern doors replace the originals. Number 6 originally had a 19th-century shop front with wide, flat pilasters and an entablature. The buildings are included on the list for their group value, alongside numbers 1 and 2 Leskinnick Terrace and numbers 36 and 37 Mount Street.
