Description

No 23 Brook Street is a terrace house dating from the early 18th century, with stuccoed walls and alterations made in the 19th century. It features a slate roof and stands four storeys tall with a dormered mansard. The building is three windows wide. The ground floor has a shop front that was added in the mid to late 20th century. The upper floors have flush framed sash windows without glazing bars, set in moulded architraves, with the first-floor windows featuring cornices. The house is topped with a dentil cornice and a blocking course.
