Description
This is a house dating from the early 19th century, located on the corner of Brook Street and Avery Row in the City of Westminster. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick and has four storeys. It presents two windows to Brook Street, a splayed corner, and a return of three irregular window bays. A plain parapet with coping sits atop the structure. The ground floor has been altered with later 20th-century shop windows set between pilasters featuring Adam-style capitals, and an opening on the left side provides access to White Lion Yard. All upper-floor windows are tripartite sashes without glazing bars.
