  1. Including Wenduyne, Tucker Street. Early/mid C19. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with overhanging eaves with paired brackets. 3 storeys. Corner site with splayed corner. Brook Street elevation: 4 windows, sashes, some with glazing bars, one 1st floor window blind, 1st floor 3-light sash, No 2 doorway with moulded architrave and rectangular fanlight, No 4 large late C19 shop with cornice. Splayed angle, one window. Tucker Street elevation 2 windows, 1st floor canted bay of sashes. Mid C19 corner shop with pilasters and mutilated cornice.

Nos 2, 4 and 6 Brook Street together with Wenduyne, Melrose Cottage and Maynard House in Tucker Street form a group.
