GV. II Chambers and offices with gateway through to St. Paul's Churchyard. c.1890 rebuild incorporating gateway of c.1730 with gates of 1714-15. Red brick with stone dressing, slate roof.

Four storeys. Three windows wide. The ground floor altered mid C20 except for churchyard entrance bay to left which is of channelled stucco with large block dressed architrave gateway with pulvinated frieze and deep cornice framing fine wrought iron gate to passageway. The upper floors of c.1890 elevation have recessed sash windows under gauged flat arches to centre and right and to left on upper two floors a two storey canted bay window. String courses and cornice with parapet. Wrought iron balcony across first floor. Listed for churchyard entrance only.

There is a wall-mounted, 18-inch Windsor gas lantern to the rear elevation, hung on a wrought iron bracket above the entrance to St Paul's Churchyard.
