Description

TQ 2981 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER GREEK STREET, W1 58/60 23.11.78 No. 21 GV II Terrace house. Late C18/early C19. Stock brick, concealed roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide. Ground floor has early C19 shop front incorporating panelled house door to left with rectangular fanlight and square headed shop doorway with side panels, altered display window, all framed by engaged Ionic columns carrying entablature flanked by consoles. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches, those on 1st floor with stucco cornices and 3rd floor windows altered to casements. Parapet with stucco cornice and blocking course.
