Description
No. 21 Greek Street is a terrace house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is built of stock brick and has a concealed roof. The building stands four storeys high and is two windows wide. The ground floor features an early 19th-century shop front that includes a panelled house door on the left with a rectangular fanlight, alongside a square-headed shop doorway with side panels. This is framed by engaged Ionic columns that support an entablature, which is flanked by consoles. The upper floors have recessed glazing bar sash windows set under flat gauged arches. The first-floor windows have stucco cornices, while the third-floor windows have been altered to casements. The building is topped with a parapet that has a stucco cornice and a blocking course.
