Description

TQ 2980 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER OLD BURLINGTON STREET W1 70/72 5.2.70 No 22 and 23 GV II Terraced houses. c. 1812. Painted brick, slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. No 22 is 2 windows wide, No 23 of 4 windows. Semicircular arched doorways to left and centre respectively with fanlights and reeded doorframes with rosette stops, 6 panel doors; No 22 has a mid C19 stucco surround and bracketed cornice. Recessed glazing bar sashes with flat gauged arches. Stuccoed plat band across 1st floor. Parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Survey of London; Vol XXXII.
