TQ 2980 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER OLD BURLINGTON STREET W1 70/71 No 2 GV II Terrace house. Late C18, raised by one attic storey early C19. Reddened brick, slate roof. 5 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Square headed doorway to right with pilaster jambs carrying cornice head, fanlight, side lights and original 6 panel door. Recessed sash windows, no glazing bars, under flat gauged arches. 1st floor string course, main cornice over 3rd floor, parapet with coping. Cast iron geometric pattern balcony across 1st floor.
