Description
No. 11 Savile Row is a terrace house dating from around 1733, which has been altered over time. The building is finished in stucco and has a slate roof. It stands three storeys high, with a basement and a dormered mansard roof, featuring three windows across the front. The ground floor has a mid-20th century shop front, with a doorway located to the right. The upper floors have recessed sash windows without glazing bars, set in architrave surrounds. There is an entablature above the second floor and a parapet with coping. The first floor windows are adorned with cast iron grilles, and there are cast iron railings around the area. The interior retains only a few fragments of cornices and plasterwork, and the staircase has been altered. This building is part of the Burlington Estate and is included in the register for its group value.
