Description
No. 46 Conduit Street is a terrace house built in the early 19th century, with a slightly later attic storey. It features yellow stock brick above a channelled stucco ground floor and has a slate roof. The building stands four storeys tall and has three windows. The ground floor, treated in a mid-19th century style, includes a segmental arched shop window flanked by arched doorways. The first floor windows are arcaded and have a linked impost band, along with cast iron balconettes. The second floor has glazing bar sash windows, while the attic storey windows have arched heads. A heavy cornice is present at the third floor level, with additional cornice and blocking at the attic.
