Description

No. 16 Frith Street is a terrace house built around 1735. It is constructed of painted stock brick and has a concealed roof. The building stands four storeys tall and is two windows wide. The ground floor features a mid-20th century shop front. The upper floors have recessed sash windows set under segmental arches, with an additional window likely added later to the attic storey. The building is topped with a parapet that has coping. Inside, there is an open well staircase located between the front and back rooms, featuring mid-19th century finishes.
