Description
No. 62 Frith Street is a terrace house dating from around 1690, although it has undergone some alterations. The building is constructed of stock brick, which is likely not the original material, and features a concealed roof. It stands four storeys tall and is three windows wide. The ground floor has a shop front that dates from the late 20th century, while the upper floors have flush framed glazing bar sash windows set beneath segmental gauged arches. The building has a parapet with coping and a sill band on the second storey. Inside, there are elements of late 17th century fittings, including a closed string staircase with turned balusters. No. 62 is likely part of a continuous build with Nos. 63 and 64.
