Description
The buildings at 68, 70, and 72 Upper Tooting Road date from the early 18th century. They are three storeys in height with three windows each. The roofs are tiled, with a fairly steep pitch. The front elevation is faced in brown brick with red brick flat arches over the window and door openings, although the brickwork is now painted. The windows are double-hung sashes with flush frames, some retaining original glazing bars. Number 68 has modern glazing in old frames and a round-headed stucco porch. Slightly projecting shop fronts are present on the ground floor.
