Description

Number 100, including the iron gate and railings to the street frontage, is an early 19th century stucco lodge. The street elevation features a modified triumphal arch design with three bays. The central section is a slightly advanced, two-storey structure flanked by single-storey wings. In the centre, there are single windows that are flat-headed with a cornice hood on the ground floor and round-headed above, all set within a two-storey round-arched recess that includes a key-block. A bandcourse runs at first-floor level, and the elevation is topped with a cornice and blocking. The bandcourse extends across the wings, which have round-arched windows also featuring key blocks. Above the bandcourse, each wing includes a blind attic, cornice, and blocking. The right-hand return has a canted bay. The property is complemented by iron gates and railings along the street.
