Description

This is a large, late 19th-century house situated on Trinity Crescent. It is constructed with red brick facings and has a tiled roof. The windows are sash windows with stone mullions, and the brickwork around the windows is decorated with rubbed brickwork and brick arches. A brick band course runs horizontally across the facade. The main part of the house is three windows wide, featuring a central doorway.

The ground floor to the right is set forward and has a flat roof, while the first floor is set forward under a hip roof. To the left of the main doorway is a two-storey angular bay with a parapet and hipped roof, and a dormer window is located on the hip. Further to the left is a two-storey stable block, two windows wide. Brick arches feature above the doors and windows of the stable block and a single dormer window is present on the roof. The main entrance to the stable is accessed through a brick archway topped with an elaborate ogee canopy constructed from cast iron and glass.
