Description
The Church of Holy Trinity in Upper Tooting was built in 1854-55 by architect Anthony Salvin, with the tower added by Benjamin Ferrey in 1860. The church is constructed of Kentish ragstone with Bath stone dressings and is designed in the Middle-Pointed style. It is prominently located at an angle to the road junction with Trinity Road. The structure features north and south aisles, each with separate gable roofs alongside the nave and tower. There are several additions from the later 19th century.
