Description
99 Tooting High Street is a house dating from the first third of the 18th century. It features three unequal bays and stands two storeys high with a mansard roof and dormers. The entrance bay is offset to the left. The building is constructed of yellow stocks with tuck pointing. The sash windows are set in gauged cambered arches, and the offset door is recessed in a shorter radius arch. A brick stringcourse separates the two storeys. The parapet, which has a stone coping, has been rebuilt. The adjacent No 101 appears to have been built as part of the same row.
