Description

This is an early 19th century stuccoed house of two storeys and three windows. It has a low-pitched slate roof with deep eaves. On either side of the main facade are two-storey rounded bays. The replaced sash windows retain glazing bars, while the reveals are plain. A square porch shelters a half-glazed door with margin lights and a rectangular fanlight incorporating glazing bars. The house was significantly rebuilt following war damage. It forms a group with numbers 1 to 4 Grote’s Place.
