Description
No 2 Grote's Buildings is a mid-18th century house featuring three storeys and a sunk basement. The building has four windows, with three located on the second floor. Its front is rendered, and there is a parapet that conceals the roof. The sash windows, which have glazing bars (some of which have been replaced), are set in slightly projecting moulded frames. The narrow left bay includes a six-panel door topped by a patterned radial fanlight. This house is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 6 and Walls.
