Description

This is an early 19th century stuccoed house. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has a two-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals. A decorative band runs horizontally between the ground and first floors. The front door is a four-panel design, above which is a rectangular fanlight with ornamental glazing. The roof is tiled, dating from the 20th century, and includes two flat-headed dormers. It forms a group with Nos. 35 and 41 on Fore Hill.
