Description

This is an early 19th century (circa 1830) house built of buff-coloured gault brick, located on Broad Street. It is three storeys high and originally had a three-window facade on the ground and second floors, and a four-window facade on the first floor. The central windows on the ground and second floors are now blocked. The windows are mainly double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals, with one 20th-century casement window. The entrance features four-panel doors with fanlights, panelled reveals, reeded architraves with corner roundels, and cornice hoods. The roof is tiled and dates to the 20th century.
