Description
The Tomb of Israel Thomas is a pedestal monument located in West Norwood Memorial Park, dating from around 1842, with the designer unknown. It is constructed of stone and features a brick vault, showcasing an Egyptian Revival style. The monument has a square, stepped base and a pedestal with a coved base and battered sides. An inscribed plaque is present, along with a deep coved cornice that is supported by a winged scarab, leading to a stepped flat top.
