TQ3272 (OFF) NORWOOD ROAD 963-0/32/1142 West Norwood Memorial Park Tomb of F.T. Elworthy

GV II

Celtic cross headstone and grave slab. c1871-2 by Alfred Waterhouse. Rubislaw granite. Rectangular base with pitched grave slab being inscribed. Headstone a celtic cross with tapering shaft, carved interlacing patterns to arms and beaded nimbus. Cast and wrought iron railings of scroll design with acorn type finials identical to adjacent Kershaw tomb (qv) also by Waterhouse.
