Description
No. 337 Kennington Lane is an early 19th-century house with three storeys, an attic, and a basement, featuring three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick, with some rebuilding in the upper parts and a parapet. It has a slated mansard roof with three dormers. A stucco band at the first floor level continues to form the parapet coping of the left entrance bay. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The entrance features a plain door set in a panelled reveal, with a fanlight above under a moulded architrave. The reeded imposts of the architrave extend to create a cornice head. The entrance is further enhanced by pilasters and console brackets that support an open pediment. There are wrought iron area railings in front of the property.
