Description
This is a substantial late 18th century house located on Kennington Lane. It is constructed of stock brick with a parapet front and originally featured three windows over three storeys. The upper floor has undergone some rebuilding. The windows are now replaced sashes with glazing bars, set within gauged flat red brick arches. The front door is a replacement 6-panel door, protected by a stuccoed architrave with key and impost blocks, and topped with a radial fanlight. The forecourt is defined by replaced cast iron railings supported by capped brick piers.
