Description

This is an 1800 cottage located on Kennington Lane. It is constructed of stock brick and features a parapet front. The two-storey, two-window cottage has replaced sash windows with glazing bars, set beneath flat, gauged red brick arches. The front door has been replaced and is contained within a stucco surround consisting of pilasters and an entablature. A rebuilt cast iron forecourt railing sits atop capped brick piers.
