Description

This is an early to mid-19th century cottage located on the east side of Wandsworth Road. The two-story building with a basement features two windows. It is constructed of stock brick with a plain parapet, from which the original cornice has been lost. The sash windows have glazing bars set within stucco-lined reveals, each with a gauged flat brick arch above. A terrace of eight stone steps, accompanied by wrought and cast iron railings, leads to the front door. The door itself consists of six flat panels, incorporating reeded quadrant pilasters, a cornice head, and a plain fanlight.
