Description
No 320 on Brixton Road is the left side of an early 19th-century pair of buildings. It stands three storeys high with a basement and features two windows, with the outer entrance bay slightly projecting. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a stucco frieze, cornice, and blocking course, along with a band at the first floor. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set beneath gauged flat brick arches in stucco-lined reveals, although one window has been altered to a modern casement. The basement is also stuccoed. Access to the building is via six steps leading up to a Doric porch in antis, which leads to a half-glazed four-panel door topped with a patterned rectangular fanlight.
