Description
This is a house built in 1914 by Halsey Ricardo. It is three storeys and an attic high, with a basement, and is constructed of multi-coloured brick. The first and second floors feature prominent giant pilasters topped by a cornice. The attic has three gables of unequal size. The facade is five windows wide, with sashed windows featuring glazing bars. A low, round-arched entrance leads to a recessed, vaulted porch, and the property is set behind area railings.
