Description

No. 19 Mulberry Walk is an individual terraced house built around 1914 by F Inigo Thomas. It features silver-grey brick with red brick quoins and dressings. The house has a tiled hipped roof with enriched brick slab chimney stacks on the party walls, two dormers, and overhanging eaves that include a deep modillion cornice on the front elevation, where the wall angle rises above the eaves. The design is symmetrical.

The exterior includes a central entrance with a large, projecting scrolled segmental hood supported by enriched brackets above a panelled door. Above the hood, there are three enriched leaded steps leading to a rubbed red brick round-arched niche with a keystone and aegricane beneath the cornice. On either side of the entrance, there are canted sash bay windows on the ground and first floors, with the ground floor windows being taller. The interior has not been inspected.
