SU 91 NW GRAFFHAM SELHAM ROAD 18/27 Ricardos II House. Built in 1905 by Halsey Ricardo for himself. Simple house in the Voysey manner. Fronted with roughcast, sides red brick. Three small gables in the centre with swept eaves flanking them. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Two storeys. Six windows.
