Wharfinger's Cottage at former timber wharf on Regent's Canal. Early C19. Brick with pantile roof with coped parapet to gables and two gable stacks. Two storeys, three bays. South front; symmetrical, with central round-arched doorway flanked by single 16-pane sashes. Above, three similar sashes, the central sash slightly less wide than the others. All window openings have slightly cambered arches. Rear elevation similar, but with cambered-arched doorway, altered sash to left and, above, a central 12-pane sash. Adjoining lower block with curved wall, to west. Regent's Canal 1812-20, constructed by James Morgan, supervised by John Nash.
