The cottage has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a two-window range. The central door is topped with an overlight, and there are three-light casement windows on both the ground and first floors. All doors and windows are adorned with stone sills and lintels that include keyblocks. The building has a storey band and brick-nogged eaves.
