Description
Verger's House to the United Reformed Church is a 2-storey building dating from the third quarter of the 19th century. It features a two-window facade made of ashlar stone. The upper windows are set beneath small gables that break the eaves of a fairly low-pitched pyramidal slated roof, which has long brackets at the eaves. The building has sash windows and a 4-panel door topped with a flat pediment supported by shaped brackets. It has group value with the United Reformed Church and Sunday School located on Lower Clapton Road.
