Description
This is an early to mid-19th century pair of buildings located on Lower Clapton Road. Each building is three stories high with a basement, and features three windows. They have moderately low-pitched slate roofs with an eaves cornice and a frieze supported by long brackets. The sash windows have moulded architraves; those on the upper floors have glazing bars, while the ground floor windows have been replaced and feature console bracketed cornices. The entrances consist of four-panel doors topped with rectangular fanlights, set within prostyle porches supported by square columns.
