Description

This is a pair of semi-detached villas dating from the early to mid-19th century. The villas are constructed of stucco and feature two storeys and three windows each. Each villa has a round-arched, recessed doorway with a patterned fanlight above and a panelled door. Number 10 is flanked by pilasters. The windows are recessed sashes, and canted bay windows extend through the ground and first floors. The central ground-floor windows are tripartite, while the first-floor windows are separated by pilaster strips. A plain band runs across the first floor, topped by a cornice and blocking course. The interiors were not inspected.
