Description

Kenwood Cottage is a detached house dating from the early 18th century, which has been altered and extended. The exterior is roughcast with a pantile roof and the building stands two storeys tall with three windows. The right-hand bay features a gabled roof with bargeboard and a finial. There is a central entrance that includes a panelled door and a 20th-century lean-to porch. The sashes are slightly recessed, with the ones to the left of the entrance being paired. The cottage is topped with tall moulded chimney-stacks. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is noted to retain a pine staircase with turned balusters and original features.
