Terrace of 5 houses. c1835-45. Yellow stock brick and rusticated stucco ground floors with plain 1st floor sill bands. 3 storeys and basements. 2 windows each. Segmental-arched doorways (Nos 27 & 29 square-headed) with panelled and pilaster-jambs carrying cornice-heads; fanlights and panelled doors. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sashes; 1st floors with cast-iron balconies. Stucco cornices and blocking courses (No.19 cornice missing). INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with thistle and spearhead finials to areas. (Survey of London: Vol.XXIV, King's Cross Neighbourhood, Parish of St Pancras IV: London: -1952: 96).
