Description

A terrace of eleven houses, built around 1835 to 1845. The houses are constructed of yellow stock brick with rusticated stucco to the ground floors. They have a plain horizontal band at the level of the first-floor windows, and are arranged over three storeys with basements. Each house has two windows. The doorways have segmental arches supported by fluted quarter columns, patterned fanlights, and panelled doors. The recessed sash windows on the ground floor have gauged brick arches; on the first floor, they are accompanied by cast-iron balconies. There are stucco cornices and blocking courses along the top of the facades. The interiors have not been inspected. Attached cast-iron railings run along the areas in front of the houses.
